изменение структуры данных во вьюере

Сделать, чтобы geo_world мог содержать несколько наборов карт (maplist).
Во вьюере оставить один объект geo_world. На каждый трек, список точек, список карт заводить отдельный layer.
Хранить все данные в Gtk::ListStore, доступ осуществлять только через него.

В процессе было много чего переписано и исправлено.
