Ширина поля в mapsoft_convert

При сохранении результата mapsoft_convert в растровый файл не хватает возможности указать в каких-нибудь единицах (пиксели/сантиметры растра/километры местности/whatever) ширину полей вокруг области.

В mapsoft_convert добавлен параметр --data_marg, который позволяет вводить ширину поля (в точках) вокруг данных.
Кроме того, исправлено чтение параметров из конфигурационного файла. Можно записать
data_marg=50
в файл ~/.mapsoft/options
и все будет работать... -
