geo_convs: не пытаться автоматически определять осевой меридиан

Сейчас низкоуровневая функция pt2ll::back() пытается установить осевой меридиан по первой точке. Хочется, чтоб она принимала явно указанный осевой меридиан, а автоопределение сделать наверху.

    Исправлено уже некоторое время назад.
    В связи с этим редкоиспользуемые программы сейчас могут не работать из-за отсутствия явного указания параметров проекции.
